Eligible Returns

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.

Return Request

  • The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Please contact our customer support and share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Return requests made after 2 days of delivery.
