Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
Return Request
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact our customer support and share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices (if applicable).
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Return requests made after 2 days of delivery.
